Uh-huh... which card(s) and driver(s) are you using?

Post pictures like these for the cards your system has under Display adapters:

Wow... that's an old-ish card, no wonder those drivers are causing you issues in Windows 10. Let's try some alternatives, is it a 32-bit Windows or 64-bit?

Not to upload the wrong packages haha

It is a 64 bit Windows.

So, I've made a package with possible drivers for your system. There are different branches that were produced over the years, and if you ask me I'd start with 23.20.808.1536, feels like it would be a better match: https://mega.nz/file/1BVQSQIS#59rSFp8jX5l03dOx1E2I0CAil8Rpdlnokr08eMV7yF0

There are some from the 15.x line which is the one you were using right now, only newer releases, just in case anything newer than that wasn't compatible.

There are several ways for you to install those driver packages, for example directly from the Device Manager by right clicking the graphics card, choosing to update its drive and pointing it to the right folder.

If it were to fail, the safeguard would be to boot into safemode, run DDU (a little utility to get rid of all of the remnants from past installation of graphic drivers) and then install them anew from Windows' normal boot mode without Internet connection throughout the whole process, that prevents Windows Update from working on the background to reinstall whichever drivers it feels like.

I can detail that method with pictures as well, but try the Device Manager one first.

Let me know how it goes ;)

First of all I would like to say thank you for trying to solve my problem!

Now, I tried installing the suggested driver that is version 23.20.808.1536 and what happens next is frozen screen and then a lagging system even after a restart it won't change anything. The problem with AMD catalyst control still exist.

Then I tried installing a higher version that is version 25.20.15011.1004 and the same thing happened. It was so irritating to work around with that frame rate, so I uninstalled the driver and installed the good old version 15.201.1701.0000 and it fixed everything (expect the problem I reported in the first place).

I think that AMD catalyst is not suited for windows 10 (I'm not sure of it though). I tried the same with windows 7 and windows 8.1 and it worked in both. The worst part is that the laptop runs great on windows 10 and not that great with other version of windows.

The only issue with windows 10 is that it is bad for gaming (for my device of course) and good for other things like document editing, browsing and somewhat media consumption ( and again it is only valid for this device only).

Oh... that's too bad, so it must run on the 15.x line, I thought it might that's why I included those in the mix too but I had high hopes for those 23.

I wonder, if left to its own devices what does Windows Update install when no drivers are installed? The ones you had before? But then you're out of luck with the graphics control panel... it's too bad.

I wish there was support for that APU in Windows 10, but is seems to be a first gen or something, I couldn't find out much more about it.

When I started with a fresh install of Windows 10 it started with driver version 26.x line and automatically asks to install a compatible driver!  :'(:'(

Then I install the drivers provided with the manufacturer that is 15.x version. I'm out of luck here! :'(
