Acer Aspire Z5600 All In One, no USB or touch screen drivers after update.

My son in law attempted to upgrade his Acer Aspire Z5600 All In One to Windows 10 and now when it boots to the select language screen on setup there is no way to input anything as the touch screen isn't working, (no drivers?), and a USB mouse and Keyboards won't work, it appearing that non of the USB ports are working, me having tried both the keyboard and mouse in each of the 4 USB ports.

Can anybody suggest what I can do here to either get the touch screen drivers installed or the USB's working, (it seems the drivers are missing), when I have no input devices working?

Highest regards,
