Back-panel, M.2 and HDD mounting screws for Predator Helios 300 [Model G3-572-75L9]

Greetings, everyone! I've started fiddling with my Helios 300 to add some things, and I've had to remove the entire back panel and put it back in place, with little to no issue. In the process, though, the screws holding the HDD mount in place have gotten somewhat stripped, as did the M.2 screw, though I can still manage to handle them, but I don't know how long they'll stay that way. They haven't gotten damaged, but the back-panel screws also worry me, since I don't have replacements.
As such, I'd like to know: what are the types of screws used for the back-panel, the HDD mount and the M.2 SSD slot? I have seen in another topic that, for the Helios 300 [model PH315-51]. the M2.5x8.0 screws are suitable for the back. Does that apply for my model, as well?

HermitNine here u go for the back panel they are universal mostly all laptops use the same screws for the chassis cover/removable panels

Thank you, xapim! One more question, though: are the screws used for securing the HDD to the mount the same ones used to secure the mount itself to the laptop's body?
