Changed Bios to run HIREM for USB boot.HIREM booted but would not function properly to be of any help.
Also tried booting with the Alt/10.Which did nothing at all.

Which E15 do you have? The full model umber should be something like E5-576G-xxxx... I believe most, if not all, E 15 models were new enough to come with Windows 10, so trying anything other than a UEFI boot is wasted. Likely something on the drive is corrupted and the EFI portion of your BIOS isn't loading, or the OS load from the EFI isn't working. Either way the fix is going to involve using a W10 boot image flash drive, so you can boot into diagnostic mode and replace the broken bits on the drive. Use a different computer to create the install flash drive and use the image downloaded from the Microsoft site, not from a third party. I usually burn the flash drive using Rufus and it needs to be in GPT mode. Let me know if you need more detailed instructions, but Google is your friend here. :)
Once you get booted go into a command prompt and look at the partitions and volumes then show them to us here.
