acer warranty information not available.

bought a new predator laptop and it has a promo for free samsonite luggage. however, i need my warranty information.

according to acer support, you can get your warranty information on the link above but when i enter my 11 digit snid or my 22 characted serial number, the site will say that the information is not available.
how can i fix this problem?

    i already registered my laptop on acer ph website. but i dont know where can i get the acer warranty information. and when i go to support > warranty information, it directs me to the us server

    its says "no data found". i have read the mechanics of this promo and its said that they will send an email after registering the product. its been a week and there is still no email with the warranty information

    Im have the same issue regarding warranty check i registered on day 1, i cant find my SNID on the global site, or the indian site
