Is there any working alternative active pen for the newest Spin 3 (SP314-54N)? I have checked several online shop, all pens for Spin 3 is for SP314-51(N), which is not Wacom digitizer. The included pen is too thin and short for my hand so I am thinking of a bigger alternative such as Bamboo Ink, but I could not find this model in the list. Has any one bought any working one?

Try searching on Wacom AES pen, you'll likely get more hits that way.

no  no can do.  i went right to wacom thinking ill go right to the source and talked to a nice woman there who said she would help me but as soon as i gave her the product name, number, and description, she very quickly said sorry there was nothing they could do for me like the stylus dont even exist.  i also called the acer store, who told me that that particular stylus, (the one that actually came inside of my spin 3 was out of stock. so, i told them i would call back in a week or two. thats when they told me try in three months.  i do not want a different stylus. i want the one that actually goes with this acer and gets charged inside this acer.  does acer think its customers are stupid?  what the heck is the big deal? where are the actual styluses why can nobody anywhere get one?

Yes, there seem to be parts shortages all over the world these days... I've been waiting for a particular desktop (released the first of the year) to arrive in the US and have only seen fleeting stock in a couple of EU countries and Singapore. There are apparently dozens of ships sitting just offshore waiting for the chance to be off loaded. :(
