My laptop is going to black screen after Acer logo. To resolve I tried with many methods like, uninstaling display adapter, cleaning ram, but non of them not work, it is continuely going to black screen. I can enter safe mode, but I give the lap to repairing center, they said, Nvidia vga is gone, but try to boot after uninstalling the Nvidia driver, but it also not work, now I want to try updating the bios, but in the safe mode it not allow to update the bios. Is there anyway to update bios before entering the windows

    Good afternoon Weerasiri !

Which EXACT model of your laptop?
Why not just try to reinstall the OEM system at the factory?

You can’t update bios in the “Advanced Option” and/or from a cmd prompt environment, you need Win-10 to update, as the bios file(s) for the E5-575-57 e.g. the last v 1.47 and all are an executable file like the ZAA_147.exe bios update file and as the bios README says: How to update the BIOS: Click "ZAA_147.exe" under Windows mode.

You have to fix Win-10 op to boot, use your Win-10 installation usb and use “Advance Options” and take your op back to a previous version or use the startup repair, as your E5-575-57 does not use the NVIDIA driver to boot, it uses the Intel graphics driver to boot which is an integrated part of the cpu. Also “Nvidia vga is gone” is very unusual and highly unlikely, it could be that the op system is looping and can’t start.

I reinstall the win 10, but two times boot normally and second time the display goes blach again. Then I reboot the system, but the screen went to black screen after Acer logo

I can't do anything with the laptop except going to safe mode. I tried uninstalling Intel graphic, and Nvidia graphic, but it is not working
