Aspire XC100 - Increase graphics ram?
Display adapter type AMD Radeon HD 7310 Graphics
Total available graphics memory 875 MB
Dedicated graphics memory 256 MB
Dedicated system memory 0 MB
Shared system memory 619 MB
Display adapter driver version 8.981.0.0
Primary monitor resolution 1440x900
DirectX version DirectX 11 or better

I got this system with 2gb RAM but increased it to 6gb. How do I increase the dedicated graphics memory to 512 MB?
Can't seem to do this in the bios... any help will be appreciated.

Onboard is basically an intigraded gfx card. Same rules apply.
Your card looks to be 256 dedicated with 600+ shared with the system. The 600 will be divied out behind the scenes without any input from you. (It auto adjusts)
If you are looking for better performance on games (Which I think is the point here) you will need a new card.0

The graphics is onboard - not a card which I know can't be upgraded. It supposedly goes up to 825mb but is set at 256mb by default. I'd like to know if it can be increased, thanks.

Ah, cheers.
I thought I could avoid putting my 8400GS in there, but if I'm going to do anything graphics-intensive, I guess I'll have to.
