GTA V LOW FPS

hi guys my gta v is giving low fps my pc is nitro5 gtx1660ti i-7-9750h 16gb ram anyway to fix it? i only get 70fps in gta v other games like Battlefield 5 gives 89+fps please help also my power plan is set to maximum performance reply asap.i also have attched my settings below...............

What does task manager say?

Is your game a genuine one or a pirated copy? I have heard of pirated games getting slightly low performance compared to the licensed, up-to-date one. Also, in case you are pirating this game, are you 100% sure you trust the website? It is possible that you might have unknowingly installed malware that is consuming your system resources.

What is the exact model of the notebook? Example AN515-51-75KZ. In addition, configure the notebook as follows:

a) place the notebook for high performance in the power options;

b) put the minimum and maximum performance state of the processor, both in the battery and in the socket, also in 100% in the power options;

c) put the power management of the nvidia video card to "preference for maximum performance" on the nvidia control panel;

d) put the intel video card for performance in the power options;

e) disable batteryboost in the geforce experience;

f) enable maxframerate on the nvidia control panel;

g) uninstall xbox applications;

h) if you are doing a live exhibition of the game, limit the display of shadow play to 60 fps and decrease the quality of the video;

i) check the windows graphics settings:

uh bro its purchased from epic games the fps drop just happend somehow it was 90+before even on lowest settings it gives 60-75 fps😢

my exact laptop model: an515-54-760U (australlia) model.
here below blue marks indicate i did configure the notebook according to egydiocoelho > and red marks indicate i cant do it i need some help about that..

in addition i updated all drivers and installed all windows updates.....................
but a bit more improvement is needed.............................

i get 86+ i want more is that possible?
also thanks for the improve i got beacuse of you guys just a bit more will be better i am expecting to get 107+fps?

This probably means highest fps for a desktop. You can't compare it like that with a laptop.
Besides, you mentioned that now you are getting 60-75fps. Isn't that enough for you since you will never see the difference past 75 on a 75Hz display?
