what happened to your cooling and your temperatures after you sent it to Acer service?
As I said in the previous post it works as it should. The laptop doesn't overheat and it doesn't thermal throttle in the tests I did before. The Cpu temperature still can reach 92 C but it doesn't negatively affect the Cpu power.

    This way
My Predator Helios 300 with RTX 2060 (PH315-52-75DE)  MFG Date: 2019/10/19  cost $1,299 (Sales Tax and Warranty = $1,600 USD) on sale on Amazon in early Feb. 2020, gives nearly same identical readings on AIDA64 as BELIK.  I ran the Stability Test for 8 minutes and temps just too hot so I went to Predator Sense and turn Fans to Maximum instead of Auto.  Temps dropped but darn laptop was still toasty and top chassis behind the Keyboard near the screen not pleasant to touch as HOT. The AC Adapter or your Power Brick as people call it gets rather HOT too. I think I might be in search of another Original Power Brick in case this one fries/ burn out in the near future.

Did you fix it? Unfortunately, I am also experiencing this issue.
I did. By sending it to the Acer service. They replaced the whole cooling system so i glad I did it, as I'm not sure if repasting myslelf would solve the problem. Now it's working as it should. I would recommend doind the same if your test results are similar.
Happy for you  guy.  Hope you are getting 45 now. Hi! I'm a fresh owner of the 2019 model of Predator Helios 300 (PH 315-52) with Geforce 1660ti, I really like most things about this laptop (except maybe the loud fan noise it's capable of producing:)).
To the point - recently I decided to check some statistics, temperatures, clock speeds etc. in MSI Afterburner during gaming. What I found is that the TDP of the 9750h is no near the 45W that it supposed to be (and what I've seen in many video reviews of this laptop), it's around 20-25-30 W closer to limits of a U processor. Moreover, pushing the Turbo button does not raise the power limit to 56 W, really I don't see much of a difference in except in loudness as the fans goes to max.

Here are some screenshots from the games showing the problem:
    Batman Arkham Knight https://ibb.co/30hxqrB
    Doom https://ibb.co/NCZhbhR
    Prey https://ibb.co/mDfrJ8z
    Vampyr https://ibb.co/0FwKTgK

This isn't normal, am I right? Something is limiting the 9750h as it's not reaching it's default power limits. Is it true that I could be getting better performance if it was as it should be?
Could you help me? I'm counting on your ideas.

When the AC Adapter / Power Brick is unplugged the max TDP for the CPU will be 25W. When plugged in you should get 45W. PREDATOR SENSE has 3 Power Profiles: Normal, Fast and Extreme.  Extreme you should see about 65 W on the CPU.  Placing the Fan speed to maximum helps a bit in cooling but leaving it on Auto is okay. Personally, I refrain from pushing the Turbo button since not like on ASUS motherboards where you push to OC button to get auto Over Clock. I'm hoping that Acer makes more improvements on the Predator series and not cut any corners in 2020 but given the case might just move up to the Triton series or buy a Razer. Oh! MSI is okay, ASUS and HP laptops haven't been good in the last 3 to 5 years.

Scottyat5 if u undervolted it u wont see 65w thats the whole purpose of undervolting to use less voltage so less power consumption also just to point so no one gets mistaken the only thing that overclocks its the gpu just a little bit  and not much noticeable the cpus are locked cannot be overclocked unless they are a HK cpu to verclock the pu properly or undervolt its MSI AB and i completely agree asus and hp are just complete garbage especially the TUF variant msi its the only that can compete with acer for a long time now no other manufacturer is at that stage yet and acer took a big step by listening to the customers and undervolting the H300 on stock no other manufacturer did it and the triton 500 its a hell of a machine :)

About two weeks (it was in Poland, it may vary for other countries).
