there is a cd stuck in the disc drive on my Acer T135 and i canot get itn open --- HELP!!
I was burning an cd on my Acer T-135 desktop andn the cd got stuck in the drive -- the manual release does not work, the "eject" (in the device section of the control panel)doesn't work -- help!!

Restart the computer and see if it will open. If not, Find the small hole on the disc drive and insert a wire or straightened paper clip til the tray is released. that's it

If that doesn't work, try:
Go to My Computer
Right Click on the disc drive
Left click on Eject in the dropdown menu.

my CD is stuck, and I can't find the "small hole"

and it won't eject using the control>command
it is an Acer Aspire x1200

For the little hole see the attached picture. It is just to the right of the push button (short bar) used for normal opening.
Look for something very similar on your tray.
