My laptop not turning on?

Sir i have acer e5 571 laptop i shutdown my laptop normally and after sometime i want to turn it on i press the power button and blue light on for few seconds and then it goes off so my laptop is not working now give me a solution for this.

    Remove the charger. On the bottom look for a pinhole with battery symbol. Gently insert paperclip into pinhole to disconnect battery for 10 seconds. Let battery rest for 15 mins. Then plug charger back in. Then try to turn laptop on again. Jack E/NJ

    I bought a brand new Acer Nitro 5 but it is not turning on.

    Keep the charger plugged in till the charge LED turns from orange to blue. Then try to turn it on. If it still doesn't turn on return it immediately to the  vendor/seller as defective for a refund or  exchange. Jack E/NJ
