So, just bought a nice new Nitro, and whatever wad created the Software for it, when I go into the Acer Care Center, and to Recovery Management, click Get Started for Create Backup, and the mother**** takes me to WINDOWS BACKUP, which is utterly USELESS to create an OS backup (or any really) because it only allows you to back up to an Optical Drive!!!!

So, it's totally missing the "eRecovery" whatever Acer backup creation tool.  And no, it's not a separate program anywhere on the system either.
Clearly the person that created this latest software update didn't realize Microsoft was as **** as they are to actually not give us a proper basic backup tool in Windows.  They clearly thought you could create a backup with Windows, and thus didn't need the Acer tool anymore.

Help...

Okay...  Nevermind.  I was looking around the Recovery options, and one of the links in Windows had me search Bing for "Create Recovery Drive".
Apparently Windows has this hidden tool if you Search on your windows for this you will find it, and it's the tool I've seen the Acer Recovery use to create a Restore Disk.

So, FYI peeps...  Search for the above tool in Windows and you can still create your Restore Disk.
