Not really any problem. It depends on many factors.

    In terms of thermal paste:

The GPU die has a much larger surface area than the CPU therefore the CPU needs more cooling. I use Kryonaut on mine. I'd have to say it's the best performing thermal paste.

For the GPU I've had excellent results with just regular high end paste like Arctic MX-4 or Noctua NT-H2. You can use Kryonaut here again if you'd like as well.

Another factor is the graphic settings in your games. If you are playing at ultra settings, this will drive your GPU to work harder (sometimes even your CPU as well). So if you can drop the settings to maybe a high or medium or turn off shadows then you should see some lower temps.

Last recommendation I'd say is to get a laptop cooler. Not only do they make the ergonomics better but the fans help cool the laptop a bit as well.

    Hope that helps.
Thanks for answering the questions should it be any problem of using ASUS GPU tweak.
My GPU temp was fine but after windows update it's getting high temp previously it was around 74 max

And on benchmark I m getting low scores of around 60% on gaming previously I was getting 68%. And in turbo mode previous it was 74 now 65. But in gaming I haven't seen any changes

    What should I do?

@Sppnra it works for you cpu use the previous gen conf and keep tweaking it manually until you find the best settings

I m using ASUS GPU tweak 2 and limit the temperature to max 76. Now it's not going above 76 and my CPU temperature goes around 80 avg sometimes it spikes to 85 but it usually around 80. It's still thermal throttling I don't know about this. So please help me. Because it's solving my problem

Sppnra for the gpu u should use msi afterburner only and either overclock or undervolt it if your gpu its under 80 and the cpu under 85 its not thermal throttling could be power throttling (this happens when it uses more power than the allowed set by the manufacturer) and thats not fixable as i said use TS for the cpu and msi AB for the gpu

@Sppnra u cant change the voltage on the gpu its manufacturer locked its impossible the only thing u can do its undervolt it via msi ab curve  google it and youll find it

@Sppnra google msi afterburner undervolt via curve also if you dont have IT knowledge on how to do it you shouldnt mess with it u should only worry about optimising windows undervolting the cpu with TS and repasting it if youre able to without voiding the warranty

Okay I will not do it yet because GPU tweak is working for me now and I haven't seen any lags and fps drops. And temperature is also not going above 75 I have set it to max 76 on my GPU.

So I think messing with voltage and frequency is not a good idea right now
