Nitro 5 Odd Turbo Boost behaviour

Hello!
I recently bought a Nitro 5 (AN515-55). The laptop has an I7-10750H and GTX 1650TI. For some reason the processor really wants to sit at 4.3GHz on all cores, even at idle. I tried everything (altering the powerplans, undervolting, searching the bios) and I cant find a permanent solution. The moment you disconnect the charger, it behaves normally powering down below 2ghz at idle, but when connected to the mains, you can see the CPU wanting to turbo-up to 4.3 and ofc the fans spinning up and a constant 70 degrees at idle. Does anyone know any solution? Thanks!

You can try disabling the TurboBoost technology using Intel XTU but that will make you stick to the base clock speed of the processor. It will also allow your laptop to run cooler than usual even while gaming, but at the cost of a lower clock speed (2.6GHz). It might affect your performance in CPU intensive games, but won't make a difference in other games. Mark this as answer if I solved your problem! You can also try Nitrosense and select the balanced power plan. If I can further be of assistance, let me know.

I can not disable the Turbo Boost technology in XTU, the only thing I can change there is the Turbo Boost Short Power Max. Even when this feature is disabled the CPU still tries to stay at 4.3 GHz on all cores. The Power Saver power plan is the most effective as keeping the CPU at a low frequency, but even then spikes to 4.3 are observed very frequently. I suspect there is some setting that keeps telling the CPU to stay at 4.3GHz somewhere, because this behaviour is very odd to me.

You can use ThrottleStop to disable Turbo Boost Technology. Download ThrottleStop, and then tick the box that says "Disable Turbo".Intel Core i7 7700HQ - ThrottleStop
Please note that you must do this after each reboot if you want to keep Turbo Boost disabled. If this didn't work, let me know.

Yeah, that kinda solves the problem, but unfortunately the CPU loses its Turbo capabilities...
