Brand new laptop is making a buzzing sound

Hi, 

I've recently purchased an Acer Aspire 3 laptop, however it has been making a buzzing sound whenever I turn it on. It is pretty much brand new, as I only turned it on yesterday to set it up. 

I think its coming from the fan, is there any way of stopping the sound or is just normal? As I've previously owned a different Aspire laptop for over a year, and it never made a continuous buzzing sound.

    Hi @kiraw

    Please try the below steps and check if it resolves the issue.

    1. Unplug all the cables from the device
    2. Look for a battery reset pinhole on rear end of your device
    3. Insert a paper clip or suitable tool then press and hold it for 30 - 40 sec
    4. Post this turn on the unit and check if the buzzing sound appears

    the service engineer visited and changed the fan saying fault is in fan   but  it was again there
    next time I replaced the whole motherboard  but still, I have the same issue 
    so now I am thinking to replace the ram 
    can anyone give suggestion
