    Sounds like the ribbon cable connecting the USB3 port has come loose from the mainboard. The power button LED has likely failed. Since this is a recent purchase, I would immediately return it to the vendor/seller as defective for a refund or exchange before the vendor's returns policy period ends. Usually only a few weeks.     ibrahem your best solution its to contact acer support from your own country have your purchase receipt and check with them if the warranty is valid or not most times its only valid in the country you got it from not valid if u import it just make sure to check with them and if valid arrange to send it back anyway amazon as an importer should guarantee the products if acer doesnt amazon should replace your device for free
