I am interested in buying the new 2020 Acer Nitro 5 but I'm very confused.

This model has been advertised all over the site to have a 1660TI. But if you look at the data sheet, it says it has a 1650TI. Can anyone confirm? https://uk-store.acer.com/acer-nitro-5-gaming-laptop-an517-52-black-1

Acer support have been very unhelpful, and to make matters worse, there's a similar model which DOES have a 1650TI here: https://uk-store.acer.com/acer-nitro-5-gaming-laptop-an517-52-black

Can anyone actually verify what GPU is in the first link?

Two different part numbers NH.Q8JEK.003, NH.Q82EK.002. Two different laptops. What we're not seeing is the AN517-52, like this model

    AN517-51-56YW

    The one in question is NH.Q8JEK.003. If it's a 1660ti or 1650ti.

Searching with the NH.Q8JEK.003, I found  it on four different sites and they all say NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1660Ti with 6 GB dedicated memory.

Thanks. Which four websites did you check? Acers own website says 1650ti on the product's data sheet.

Acer Shop should be the only people that would know and I would make sure that they guarantee that the the AN517-52 comes with the Geforce RTX 1660Ti when you order this specific laptop and NOT the AN517-52 that comes with the Geforce RTX 1650Ti

The Geforce RTX 1660Ti is a far superior gpu than the Geforce RTX 1650Ti. This is a review on the Geforce RTX 1660Ti "The Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti graphics card kills the Geforce RTX 1650Ton all graphics performance tests and is well worth the upgrade in terms of value.

Btw, the "Acer Shop" should be able to give you the precise specs of these two laptops, if they are not sure then try another reseller and see their specs and if they guarantee the AN517-52 will come with the Geforce RTX 1660Ti, that's what I would do.

Thanks, but if you look at the 'specifications' on all 4 of those links, it says 1650ti. This is what is confusing. Acer clearly made a mistake somewhere.

Thanks. I agree the 1660ti is far superior, hence trying to get clarity on this product.
I've tried to contact Acer Shop several times via email, Twitter and Facebook, and each time the response was unsatisfactory. They will simply say 'AN517-52' has a 1650ti. But they don't tell me which variant they are talking about! I'll try calling them today.
