Acer support

I bought a  Z321QU monitor early May 2020, soon after loads of dead pixels appeared.
Logged a case and sent the monitor back to Acer 14th May. It was sent back to me on the 01-06-2020. I received it on the 10th June. It got lost in the system, apparently.
Opened the box and no power supply! I have a receipt saying the received AC adaptor etc.
Acer support are not very helpful in resolving this issue at all. Getting rather fed up with Acer with the lack of help I'm receiving.

    I am very sorry to hear this, from what country are you contacting us? How are you in contact with Acer support, chat, email etc.?

    Hi Acer-Manny I have pm'd you. Literally I have called twice a day to the support number since receiving the monitor back - I still have yet to receive a power supply - I keep being told \asked have I checked in the box!!

    Coupled with having to phone twice a day to get my monitor delivered from June 1st to the 10th of June I'm very frustrated with the whole and regretting spending my hard earned on this monitor.
