    Good Morning Cazzab78 !

    Your laptop is very basic.
Do you understand about using Chrome OS?

Hi thank you for getting back . I bought to watch catch up tv on but then I needed to join zoom . I’m a novice I know it’s the browser and does take up slot of CPU storage I got rid of extensions and all using CPR it just appears to be chrome that’s using it all up. Are you saying that it’s so basic it can’t function with zoom ? Thank you

Are you joining the Zoom sessions using the browser interface or a Zoom app? You might try the other to see if it's less of a resource hog.

I get a link from my course via email and it takes me through to my preinstalled zoom. I have researched abit, read that it’s a chrome problem it takes up all the CPR space when I checked it hoes between 30-40%. Thank you
