Overheating issue in Acer Nitro 5 AN515-42

As I mentioned, I am experiencing heating issues in my laptop. It has Ryzen 5 2500u and RX 560x dedicated GPU. The CPU and GPU temperatures always go above 80 Celsius no matter what game I play. I have tried playing games at lowest settings yet it goes above 80 degrees (if I am playing on High performance mode). On power saving mode and balanced mode, I experience some lagging but temperatures stay between 65-80 degree Celsius.
I have tried many solutions like changing processor power management and tweaking AMD Adrenaline settings. But nothing works.
Is there any solution? Will undervolting help? Or do I need to re-apply Thermal paste? The laptop is not under warranty.
Thank you
Attached: Nitrosense screenshot right after playing Skyrim, for like 10 minutes. It is ridiculous to see such old game causing these high temperatures. (It doesn't show GPU temperature for some unknown reason but it was also above 80 degrees, as monitored by MSI Afterburner)

Yo e llegado a la conclusión que el PC trabaja a mayor temperatura de lo acostumbrado (Tengo el mismo -42) ya que en estado normal anda a unos 60 grados aprox0
