    Is that all?
Does it have an HDMI disconnected at the bottom of the output?

    Good afternoon ivanauchynnikau !

Make a test please ... at Bios, disable SecureBoot and on Windows disable the system's quick boot.
Then restart and take the test.

It is necessary to create the superuser password first, save, restart and return.
Only then will it be accessible.

See if this solution informed by a user of the portuguese forum helps you:

    "Good Morning!

Well, I managed to solve the HDMI problem partially ...

I can use two monitors only on the NVIDIA graphics card, on intel it doesn't work (and I haven't figured out why).

After much, much, much pain, I managed to resolve it as follows:

    #My secure BIOS is active!

    1 - I removed all NVIDIA drivers
    2 - Reinstalled Intel drivers
    3 - Reinstalled NVIDIA Drivers
4 - When installing NVIDIA drivers, you will be asked to enter a password (remember it)
5 - After installation, restart the OS, a blue screen will appear (screen referring to SECURE BIOS), where you must navigate through the options and enter the password registered in procedure 4.

Thus, it enabled NVIDIA drivers that until then were not being recognized due to secure bios and it worked ...

Well, at least now I can use two monitors and so far, no new problems ...

Here are the links I used as a reference:
