Can anyone please tell me if they know if this Ram would be compatible with my Acer veriton m4620g.  When I installed  it my computer would no longer post and beeps four times

Yes, it should work.  Remove them and reinstall them and make sure they are all the way in the slot.
If it still doesn't work, your motherboard either doesn't like them or you have a bad Dimm.

The Acer Veriton M4620G can take a max mem of 16GB it has 4x slots of 2 banks of 2 and comes with standard mem of 4GB removable and comes OEM with the DDR3 SDRAM - non-ECC 1333 MHz PC3-10600 unbuffered ram so the "Timetec Hynix IC 8GB DDR3 1333MHz PC3-10600 unbuffered" should work perfectly. With the beeps, check the mainboard beeps speaker if its not faulty? As a mainboard not beeping is not a great problem as long as everything works perfectly. What I would also suggest, if you want a bit more performance? Then, I would put the 1x 8GB or 2x 8GB of DDR3L-1600 UDIMM PC3-1280.

Sorry you are getting so many bad answers... As StevenGen starts out, the M4620G has four memory slots and supports a maximum of 16GB of memory. That means you can't put more than 4GB in a slot, so the 8GB modules will not work. The beeps are due to the size mismatch.
