One day, i plugged in my headphones, and as always, that little pop-up box that shows all sorts of connection items(like headphone, microphone, etc.) pops up. then, i unchecked the box that said to enable that box. Now, Whenever i plug in my headphones, the sound still stays in the speaker, and not the headphones; and that little box no longer appears  I already know why it doesn't but my question is how to re-enable that pop up box to show up again? No Small file symbol above analog what to do?

if you have the Realtek speaker icon near clock and date, you can click it to open the Realtek control panel, then click on the little wrench icon.
normally the option to have the popup is here.

is the Realtek icon is missing, press windows key and then type control panel, click on control panel and then double click on Realtek HD audio manager.
    I'm not an Acer employee.

Thank you so much @Dumindu @IronFly

In my case, I found the once lost popup by double-clicking on "plugged-in Analog Jack icon" (in HD Audio Manager) after connecting my speaker via the jack.

After a whole week having the same issue I finally found the solution. Almost every tutorial on the internet said that I had to look for the RealTek HD Audio Manager on the Control Panel, the problem was that I couldn't find it where it was supposed to be, even using RealTek drivers. To find this window you can do the next steps:
     - Open the Windows Task Manager
     - Go to the StartUp tab
     - Search for HD Audio Background Process, right click and select "Open file Location"
     - Open the file and now you finally found the "RealTek HD Audio Manager" (If you don't want to make this steps every time you want to open this window click the "i" icon and check the "Display icon in notification bar" option)
     - Right Click the black circle written "analog" and select "reset of connector tasks" or something like this.
    I hope it helps
