I just bought a new laptop AN517-51 71g3 and the keyboard light doesn't work when I click Fn+F9 or Fn+F10. I also tried update all drivers and it didn't work either. Please help!

    Hi @Wifey1999

What is the full model number of your laptop? AN715-XX-XXXX
If this model has a Keyboard backlight there would be a special key with backlight symbol keyboard backlighton the F9 key.

Thanks, but yes, I do have these symbols (keyboard backlight) that's why I am asking for help, because it doesn't work.

Fn + F9 / F10 key is designed to increase the brightness of the keyboard. If the same is not working,

    1. First make sure the keyboard backlight is enabled.
    2. You can ensure the same in the "Predator Sense" program by going into the "lighting" menu. checkout lighting profile & brightness under profile manager.
    3. Once the lighting is enabled, Fn + F9 or F10 should work.

If you want to change the screen brightness press Fn + Right Arrow / Left Arrow key on the keyboard.
