What ssd should I buy? I was thinking about Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500GB. Is this the best choice? If not, then what are you recommend?

Go for it, this is an excellent SSD and if the budged allows you better get one. Not that you will notice the difference between this one and cheaper models (unless you are rendering or copying  very large files).

I want to be sure that I understand what you've told me so if I buy for example

    Kingston A2000 500GB

My pc will have the same performance and fast boot etc even if I put on  samsung  or kingston right? (Except the large file transfer)
