Hello people,

I bought it from a genuine store named Phong Vu in Vietnam on 5/16/2020. This is considered a gaming monitor as it's QHD resolution,HDR400, 1ms and 144hz. After getting home , I played PS4 games and noticed the this issue on the screen when the gaming was in motion. I tried watching game videos posted by the others Youtuber and also noticed the issue. So I brought it back to the store on 5/26/2020 and couldn't find the video I had watched that exposed the issue. However I happened to find another video that exposes the issue to the store staff. Here is the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ftlvreFtA2A&t=51s . At the first 30 seconds you can see the vertical grid lines on the gray roof of those houses in motion. The staff noticed this and unpacked the same one to test. Yet the issue still came up with it. They rejected warranty even they noticed this. They said this was not the error from manufacturer and so did I reject accepting the issue. I had a deal with them that I wanted them to watch that mentioned video on the other brand monitors, if the issue still happened, I would accept and no more complain. They made it to one of their working ones and no such issue like that.  Finally they received it back and promised me a 10 day answer.
Can anyone help identify what the issue was?

Thanks

With a slightly lower resolution on my tablet (2,256 x 1,504) I couldn't see them at all. I'd guess it's an artifact of the resolution on the video matching the resolution on the display too exactly, so every small movement is accentuated by changes to the colors.
