Check the bottom or back of your machine for a small pinhole with a battery symbol. If it exists, remove the charger and gently press a paper clip into the pinhole to disconnect the battery for  about  30 seconds. Then plug the charger back in. Does the battery charge LED light up with orange color. If yes, let it charge till it turns blue. Then try to turn the machine back on. Jack E?NJ

I already did, i press the small pinhole back of my laptop for 30 seconds. After 15 minutes I plug it again and it turns blue for complete charging supposedly. But when i turn my laptop on as i check it, its still the same 0% plugging in.

RomerOpen DeviceManager. Click 'batteries' folder. Right click on each device driver you find in the folder. Then uninstall each one. Exit DeviceManager without trying to reinstall anything. Then shutdown Windows. Then turn the machine back on again. Jack E/NJ

Sorry. You likely need to replace the battery. It doesn't seem to hold a charge for very long. Jack E/NJ

Just google your full 'ACER model number' and 'battery' for vendors convenient to your location. Usually less than about $30USD for a new replacement battery. Jack E/NJ

It is also possible the charger itself has gone bad, a bad charger will not charge a good battery.

First check the total laptop all the parts and see that the wire or the battery charger had a problem so it is better to contact the customer care and give it to the service center so the company will check and solve it.
