Video terrible quality

I have just purchased an A315-54 based on the excellent reviews on Argos website. Its just for basic stuff and zoom chats etc. The overall screen quality seems quite dull and the camera/video quality is dreadful. Is there anything I can do to improve it? Also the model I received is a A315-34 not the model advertised, is there much difference between the two models in terms of webcam quality please?

    Did you get a reply about this as I have got the same issue.  The camera and video looks like there is an effect put on it and its horrid.  Don't know if its a setting or I've just got a dud one

    I returned my laptop to Argos and they gave me a full refund, I was really disappointed with it. I spent a bit more on a HP that I'm really happy with. If you got yours from Argos check the reviews and the seriel number, the one I had was slightly different to the one advertised, don't know if this made any difference.
