Hello Acer, today I got a new laptop, and I am trying to install windows into it, but I can't find a solution to boot the device from my pendrive. I've read all your topics about this, but I just can't do it, because there is no such thing in boot options as "Legacy", and I don't know what else could I do. I also tried writind into the command prompt "diskpart", but my laptop doesn't recognize this command. What else could I do?

Ok, To boot in usb you need to make partition in gpt.
    Follow my steps→
In your friend's laptop first format your usb
Then Download rufus and download window 10 iso

After downloading, insert your usb→open Rufus→select iso→partition scheme GPT→ready (Ignore other settings)
I may take half an hour to complete
After completing, turn on your laptop then boot in bios and make some changes
→disable secure boot (if option is grey out then first set supervisor password to enable)
    →enable f12 boot menu
    Save and exit
Your laptop with restart turn off again
Now, insert your usb→turn on your laptop and keep pressing F12 key you will boot in bios

You have a UEFI bios and you need a USB formatted so that it boots in GPT or UEFI like GAMING6698T said, your current USB installation media is in MBR (Legacy) mode and that is why it doesn't work. Make sure that you have a system using UEFI when you do a USB Media Creation Tool to create a bootable USB media to perform an in-place upgrade or clean installation of Windows 10. To get Windows 10 installation files (make sure that you have a system using UEFI with support for UEFI and in BIOS) which both of these installation steps will provide for you, do either a "Create a Windows 10 UEFI boot media using Media Creation Tool" or do a "Create a Windows 10 UEFI boot media using Rufus tool look at this step by step article: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-create-windows-10-usb-bootable-media-uefi-support simple.
