Acer N19H1 power supply faulty after 3 months?

Hi all

My partner bought me a Acer laptop/notebook 4 months ago and the psu apears to have stopped working....when i plug it in there no light for battery charging etc....😞

On the back the model number is N19H1.....this was a christmas present.

    How long does it take to get info on sending this back....i have to send the whole lot....laptop and psu ?

    Got the repair request email two days ago

    Sent a repair request on 14th may.....had a return email saying they will get back to me shortly.

    OK. I'd give them at least 7 days for a response. Depending on the rep handling the case, you hopefully won't have to send both back. But if I was the ACER rep, which I'm not, I'd probably also want to check out the laptop itself just  it case it somehow caused the charger to fail.   Jack E/NJ

    Still no news of info about my issue....i would have thought customer service would be better than this.
