I have been fighting with this issue forever and need some help.

I've tried to update/uninstall the keyboard drivers tons of times, I've resinstalled windows twice. I've followed lots of random little steps suggested by people on various forms to no end.

Please help me!

  • Which keys do not work? Have you tried to reset the battery? What is the version of the bios? Are the acer care center and acer quick access installed?

-The entire keyboard except for the power key. I should say the trackpad works.
-I have tried resetting the battery, but not since I reinstalled windows.
-Acer care care center and quick access are installed.
    -BIOS V1.21 (11/2/2018)
