Is my Laptop compatible with Seagate FireCuda 510 SSD 2TB M.2 2280 NVMe?
I replaced the Default SSD with that, but it didn't detect on the BIOS. (BIOS InsydeH20 Rev 5.0 System Bios Version v1.29 | Intel(R) GOP Driver 9.0.182 | Sata Mode : RST Premium with Optane)

The AN515-54 specs for OEM storage are: WDC PC SN520 SDAPNUW-512G, 512 GB, PCIe SSD. Slots: 2 x M.2 2280 & 1 x 2.5-inch so the Seagate FireCuda is compatible. How did you clone your new "Seagate FireCuda 510 SSD 2TB M.2 2280 NVMe" from your default WDC PC SN520 SDAPNUW-512G M.2? Did you use "DiscWizard"? As "DiscWizard" is the Seagate default cloning software and its operation migrates/copies the entire contents of one disk drive to another (e.g., when installing a larger disk) to get two identical drives with the same file structure. The "Clone Disk" tool effectively copies all of the contents of one hard disk drive onto another hard disk drive. The operation allows you to transfer all the information (including the operating system and installed programs) from one hard disk drive to another without having to reinstall and reconfigure all of your software. Also, I hope you didn't format your source disk? As it is strongly suggested not to format your source disk or discard it after the clone until you are confident that the new disk boots properly.

    See here: https://www.seagate.com/au/en/support/kb/cloning-a-desktop-hd-how-to-perform-a-clone-in-windows-with-discwizard-007716en/

You must have not followed all the steps properly and haven't cloned it the Seagate FireCuda properly and that is why its not booting. When changing SSD's especially with a UEFI bios you have to clone your existing default SSD and OP system exactly and in an EFI environment mode to the new SSD, otherwise it won't boot, you must have done something wrong.

    Seems you're incorrect.
Acer Nitro AN515-54 Came with Toshiba HDD and LiteON SSD (Not WDC).

After take all night long, I've figure it out. The problem is in the SSD Slot.
I've switched the SSD Position from Slot #1 to Slot #2 and vice versa, but still not detected on the BIOS.

I also asked Acer Center through Social Media, they said Seagate FireCuda 510 SSD 2TB M.2 2280 NVMe is compatible for My Laptop.
And that's mean I have to go to nearest Acer Center in My City.

Ok, when you say "I've switched the SSD Position from Slot #1 to Slot #2 and vice versa, but still not detected on the BIOS" as of course it won't work in slot 1 or 2 as you haven't formatted the Seagate FireCuda properly, did you follow the DiskWizard cloning steps properly? As that s your problem. Yes of course the AN515-54 come with different brands of of HHD and M.2 that is not important, what is important is how you cloned the LiteON OEM SSD boot to the new Seagate FireCuda, you didn't answer if you used  the Seagate DiscWizard and their method?
