so recently had to send my laptop to workshop to repair bricked motherboard after updation ph315-51-78np bios to v1.28 through MUC!!
Since my laptop is still under guarantee contacted Acer MEA to repair and they directed me to the USA website since my laptop was bought there and as usual conflict for international travel warantee which i dont want to go through again.
Repair guy get my laptop alive again by flashing bios and ENE kb9922qd , problem is if you go through info.txt attached my laptop is now Aspire with no serial or info and also some system components are different in device manager like ALC255-10251262 is now ALC255-1025125C...
Tried to reflash it again with Acer original Bios file obtained from website , stiil the same problem and really dont want to take it back to the same guy who apparently didnot notice that laptop is predator...
how to repair such conflict? Any iDEAS?

Firstly, what do you mean by "after updation ph315-51-78np bios to v1.28 through MUC"? Where did you get the v1.28 bios that you flashed to brick your Predator Helios 300 PH315-51 from? Was the v1.28 the "Insyde Corp. V1.28, 8/5/2019" bios? Where did you get this bios from? The Predator Helios 300 PH315-15 (as per Acer support page) has the latest bios version listed as the "Fix F9 load default then save & shutdown will power on issue" v1.26 dated 2019/05/14.

    Also,
how could/did you flash your BIOS as the flash process like the v1.26 called DH53F126.exe is an executable file through Windows 10 and will not allow you to flash the wrong BIOS version onto the Predator Helios 300 PH3115-15 bios? Which way did you flash your bios? As that is why you bricked your laptop and its very interesting why and how you did it for information of what not to do, please explain.

The .txt file does not tell you the serial number, to get serial number of your laptop do the following:
    • Go to cmd prompt and then type in the following at prompt C:\Users\HASSAN> wmic  bios get serialnumber to get your laptop/PC exact serial number.
    This is your bios info:
    BIOS Version/Date: Insyde Corp. V1.28, 8/5/2019
    SMBIOS Version 3.0
    Embedded Controller Version: 1.26
    BIOS Mode UEFI

I would suggest that you DO NOT TRY to flash the BIOS again as you will brick your laptop and that will not bring back any of the OEM data as the data is encrypted onto your board and Acer must have had to change your bios chip and they didn't program the serial and model details, make sure that you keep your original retail receipt as that is proof that you own the laptop. Also, you should consider yourself lucky that Acer took your Predator Helios 300 PH3115-15 and fixed it under warranty, as flashing BIOS the wrong way is not under warranty as its a consumable part of a warranty and that is why Acer warns everybody with "Upgrading your system BIOS incorrectly could harm your Acer product. Please proceed with caution" before attempting to flash any BIOS.

    Hey Steven.
first i got my bios from MUC (microsoft update cata;og ) by searching hardware id , second updating from v1.26 to v1.28 is allowed and since system accepted it without any warning then  i guess it's for my  system since also similar ID.Third if you read carefully what i wrote earlier said that Acer MEA didnt accept to repair it and referred me to USA website which they said that have to dhl my laptop that's y i sent it to nearby repair shop!!!
As a matter of fact you did bot mention anything to help me get back system info!!
