Hi guys! First sorry for my English.. second.. last year before Christmas i buyed a Helios 700. Everything was ok until now. I use the laptop for gaming so when i play i slide down the keyboard for more air.
Fans was on auto so my cpu was on 80-85 Celsius. Now i got 90-94 Celsius (while playing Fortnite lol). I always slide the keyboard for more air so i dont know whats the problem.. it was good in the beginning but now its not enough so i need to go for max  fan speed to stay my cpu on low temp. Its loud but works.. but what if in the future the max fan speed will not be enough?! I thinked the auto fan is ok for the cooling. It will be worse? Or what? Or i was naive and max fan speed is the best option while gaming? Oh and i doesnt use turbo or anything else, just sliding down the keyboard thats all.

And the other thig: sometimes when i left afk my laptop its randomly turns off. Sometimes in 1-2 minute. My solition for this, i open 10 hour gandalf sax on youtube so it doesnt turn off :'D while i using the laptop it not turn off.. just when i go afk. Maybe the cpu dieing or i dont know but i dont want to send it to service.. i checked the fans it got enough air and there is no dust, blow the air perfectly fine.

Any solutions/tips?! Please help, i love this laptop and its brandnew..

Sorry again for my potato English and thanks for the answers!

They might have used thermal paste wrongly on CPU, either too thick or not covering it completely. Had this with my old laptop, where the GPU throttled immediately. Cause it had other issues as well, they "repaired the laptop, telling me that "they installed a cherry picked CPU and that my CPU is working fine again" - and I was "Cool, but it was the GPU that was throttling. "Oh, ok. We fix that, too!" They were so ***** ^^
