    @GAMING6698 I removed everything except the Acer and AMD installs.

    Do you have any non-Microsoft virus scanners loaded like McAfee, Nortons, AVG, Malwarebytes, Avast, etc installed? If yes, uninstall them, don't just disable. Jack E/NJ

    Open the elevated command prompt. Enter 'sfc /scannow' . This will check and repair any filesystem errors. It will take an hour or so to complete. Jack E/NJ

  • i also suggest that you check the health of the hdd with crystaldiskinfo. Although the 100% disk is most of the time a windows problem, it is possible that it is also a hard disk problem.

    @JackE Scan completed.  Corrupt files found but unable to fix some them.

    Yes, agree with @egydiocoelho . Also go back to the elevated command prompt. Enter ' chkdsk C: /f /r /x' . You should get a message asking to auto scan C: at the next boot. Hit yes Y. Then exit the command prompt and reboot. That should fix the corrupted files. Jack E/NJ

    When at 100% use Resource Monitor to look at disk usage. Which tasks are being very disk intensive? What drive are you booting from? Is it a HDD or SSD?

    If u only have a normal hdd u have to get a ssd and clone it into it also stock recovery clean install not working?

    Alt+F10 on boot delete everything option
