MagForce Keys causing connectivity issues (Helios 700) / mistaken for Controller?

Hello there,

I am a happy new owner of the Helios 700 (i7 9750H, 2080, 16gb RAM) and so far everything is working really great for me however I have one issue regarding the keyboard:

When playing a game, the MAGFORCE keys seem to confuse any game I'm playing into thinking that I have a controller connected, instead of the keyboard. This might be because they have this unique tech to them that is meant to make them feel like a trigger almost but it's really bugging me.

When playing The Witcher 3 or CoD MW, I get a popup every three seconds that says basically ''Controller Connected // Keyboard Connected // Controller Connected" and so forth. It just doesn't stop and I have a feeling is having an impact on performances too (although I haven't tested this yet).

Can anyone help or suggest a solution?

Thanks,
Tom

Having the same issue on my Helios 700. Some games are just unplayable with controller because it thinks the magforce keys are player 1. I also get the weird stuttering between keyboard and controller prompts in games. In most cases, I just leave the magforce keys set to typing mode and everything works fine. Really hope there's a fix for this though since I'm forced to use keyboard with some games I'd like to use a controller with.
