Many thanks!!!! Now, in downtime mode, my laptop has stopped making noises of 40 degrees (it was 75).
But in games that are still 89-93 degrees and the eerie noise, so was before (e.g. Modern warfare, ultra-settings), falling fps I do not watch z110 fps.
I was thinking about getting rid of my laptop, which I bought 3 months ago.
It was a bad idea, there are no laptops on the market that could be used for games with comfort.
U might need to repaste it with kryonaut or similar if you can yourself without voiding your warranty or send it back to get it repasted with stock paste 93 still too high unless its spike's only

I'll try to do this using the official service, if this does not help, then I'll have to sell the laptop. thanks for your advice.
I'll return with the result :)

He does not have anyone who can borrow him to create a stable conf for it if you want to volunteer yourself or else use the previous gen conf and keep tweaking it manually

Hi guys, I just bought Acer Predator Helios 300 2019 I7-9750H RTX 2060 around 1 week. I am noob about UV/OC CPU/GPU as this is my first gaming laptop.

I had downloaded preset for my CPU, but I still get temp average 85-90c when play game (Far Cry 5, Battlefield V) and 53-62c when Idle (TS on). I had done some windows optimization, set windows power plan processor state at 98% but nothing change. My room temperature somewhere around 28c.

Should I increase a bit of Speedshift? Please help!

    Thanks

If u still have high temps after optimising your windows properly and undervolt you need to repaste it with kryonaut or similar if you can yourself without voiding your warranty or send it back to get it repasted with stock paste that's the only option left

    Thanks @xapim for the reply.
If I switch off TS, my cpu temp is around fluctuated 79-87c (avg. 83c).
I think there is something in TS preset I should tweak a bit but I am noob about CPU tweaking.
After read this post, I found 2 things I can give a try which increase number of speedshift or increase UV, is it ok?

Keep the increasing the undervolt in small amounts always same amount on core/cache don't touch the igpu and ts bench test it each time on 1gb to make sure its not crashing  in order to find the sweet spot if it crashes decrease it even the same exact cpu doesn't behave the same way its the silicone lottery

@xapim, I had increased undervolt to -141.6 core & cache, tried Battlefield V on high settings and The Witcher 3 on ultra, average temp goes 83-86c (fps avg. 70fps), sudden spike to 87c & 90c. Is it consider ok?

If optimizing windows and undervolt it's not working you need to repaste it with kryonaut or similar if you can yourself without voiding your warranty or send it back to get it repasted with stock paste

    yes, as you said before)
I bought a laptop 1 month ago, it is still new. Its cost is $ 2600, I really doubt that thermal grease will help.
But if this is so, then why didn't the manufacturer take care of it? A device of this class in my humble opinion should not need anything after the purchase.
Or I made a mistake in choosing a device((
