Hello, so I played League of legends on my Nitro 7, i5 9300H, 1660ti, 16gb. 30% cpu usage and temperatures around 90 degrees celsius the whole time with cool boost on and 100% cooling fan speed. The notebook has 2 days and these temperatures with every cooling possible on while cpu usage is only 30% is bothering me. Is it normal?

Why would I undervolt a brand new pc?? If you are telling me that the pc cant handle 30% of the power that it should be capable of than there is something wrong with it and I will return it.. I didnt buy a strong around 1000€ pc to have 90 degrees celsia average while at 30% of poweroutput and cooling on max. What if I need to use more than just 30%?? The pc will just explode or what?

nvidia is latest and has no problems with cooling, bios is version 1.05 which isnt latest but updates were not focused on cooling or anything with it.

Get in touch with your region customer care.
Log your case and send it to service centre, By default some laptop comes with bad thermal paste and you need to apply new one.

Can you provide the exact model of the notebook? example an515-51-75kz.

AN715-51-58PG, support told me to send it for inspection so I guess the temperatures are actually highger then they should be.

Version 1.28 of the bios changes something in the energy parameters, see:

1.Update MCU.
2.Add newdiscrete N18P-G62B/N18E-G1B types.
3.Add panel LM156LF2F01.
4.Add New Panasonic battery and update power parameter.

In my opinion, those temperatures are high! Did you confirm with hwmonitor?

Can you confirm temperatures with hwmonitor? What is the deadline you still have to exchange the notebook with the seller?

Its brand new.. like 3 days and I didnt file complaint with a servis yet as I need the pc for school. Ill just do it in a month or so.. till then I ll keep a close look on the temperatures, it should handle about 100 so if it stays under 94 im good for now.
