I have a nitro 5 an515-54 which i bought in nov 2019,  3 days ago my laptop suddenly shut down and it wont start. Before it shut down, the acer power button menu pop up and then everything goes off. I tried to start it back but the only thing that happen was my power indicator and keyboard blinking when i press any key on the keyboard. And i had to keep on pressing any key on the keyboard it to make it start back. Tried to reset the laptop and it still happen. Checked all the hardware connection and everything is good. Any idea on whts happening??

    1. Unplug AC power adapter.
    2. Locate the battery reset pinhole on the bottom of the computer.
    3. Insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole. Hold the reset button for 10 seconds.
    4. Let the computer sit for 5 minutes with no power.
    5. Connect the AC adapter and power on the system

For anyone who has the same problem, its actually the keyboard panel problem. I sent to the service centre a week ago and i just got it back today. Now everything works perfectly.
