I recently purchased a new PSU and GPU, the PSU works fine but when I try to set up my graphics card it doesn't work. the graphics card I purchased is the AMD Radeon R7 240 2GB. My computer is the Acer Aspire TC-120 and it is about 2 years old now. The graphics card fits into my pc fine but when I try to turn my computer on the screen just says "no signal" and I can't get past hat until I take the graphics card out. Is it a compatability issue?

    Hi,

Your card is compatible with your model, so it's OK, try what this guy has done:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3rfe0jYSpUg

By the way, have you tried connecting with HDMI cable?

Under my display drivers I don't have the intel hd graphics that the guy in the video has. I have tried plugging the hdmi into the gpu as well as into its original spot in the motherboard but it will not work if the gpu is in the computer. If I take it out then the screen works again. I have looked into my BIOS and have enabled the "start from PCIe" option but no change. I think the problem might be the slot in my motherboard, it is not labelled as PCI or PCIe. When looking at my computer specs it says I have a PCIe slot but it says (occupied) beside so I'm not sure what that means.

    Danke
