Acer Predator Helios 500 Random Freezing issue

I have this problem more than 1 year long computer freezes randomly and shut down itself automaticly and when I call the acer service center they are telling me that my computer were free-dos so they are telling that they can't help with and this and telling me this is related with software what can I do I believe there is and issue with HDD but they don't help with this

What is the exact model? Example PH315-51-58VH. Have you checked if the problem occurs with crystaldiskinfo?

Model no is NG-PH517-51-777A also yes crystaldiskinfo gives me the same values

Basically CRC errors are caused by bad sectors or because the drive is not communicating with the computer.
The ultra DMA CRC error count indicates problems with the transfer of data between the host and the disk. They can't be caused by software, and they don't indicate a problem with the disk itself.

Download this tool and backup your data 1st if it find any issue then it will try to fix it.

It could be yes but guarantee service can't detect the problem with their diagnostic tools and I can't open computer by myself guarantee would be void

@alperalpler if there is no seal or sticker on the top of screw then warranty will not void.

Update: I checked the cables and HDD and they seems OK but freezing still going up and I remove the HDD and try it like 2 days and I never had freezes but guarantee says they can't detect any problem so they don't replace anything what am I exactly supposed to do I mean freezes comes up after a while and I am pretty sure they don't do those tests like more than 30 minutes since laptop is fast

When I send laptop to the service all they do is running these tests but nothing

I will send my laptop to the guarantee service with those images with clear instructions about problem but I am pretty sure they won't be able to handle this, problem cannot only be at the HDD and it's cable problem can be at motherboard or CPU who knows there can be mismatch with all components so after that probably I will go to the customer court to return my money back. Thanks for all your help...
