@Denden_1978 driver have a bug
To fix it open Registry Editor (regedit.exe) and find this key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\0000
3. Next, find two DWORD keys and set both to value "0":
a) "KMD_EnableBrightnessInterface2"b) "MD_EnableBrightnesslf2" (if not exist you must create key (DWORD 32bit) with the name "MD_EnableBrightnesslf2".
4. Reboot your notebook.

if the problem still exists try to reinstall windows using a usb. after the reinstall go to device manager and open the graphics section and right click it and you should see the update option click on update. after that has finished updating do the same with the Wi-Fi driver and the display driver and the Bluetooth driver. hope it helps.0 -
