    I reset the laptop by opening BIOS

    How did you reset by opening the BIOS? What do you mean by opening the BIOS?  EXACTLY what did you do? Please use your native language to respond if possible. Jack E/NJ

    ok 
    you can reset your laptop by enter in BIOS mode and you can do that after you turn the powerbutton ON and hit F2 
    and you can reset you laptop back to factory reset

    No. F2 is for changing the BIOS menu. ALT+F10 is for a factory reset. What did you change in the BIOS menu? Jack E/NJ

    Then what did you mean by this statement if you didn't change anything with the powerbutton on and hit F2? I'm confused by your statement. Jack E/NJ
