Attaching pics to messages

How do I attach pics to a message? I know I click on the tree icon, then what? What is a URL?

    You choose "Browse" and select an image from your computer.

    I click on the tree icon, a box opens, Browse is not there.

    Insert/edit image, Image URL, Image Description, Alignment, Dimensions, Border, Vertical Space, Horizontal Space, Insert, Cancel

    Thank you. It appears that presently the only way to post an image, is if it is posted elsewhere on the internet. That would mean uploading it to a photo sharing site such as flickr or photobucket. When you do that, and click on your image, you'll get a url in the browser window. Copy that, and bring it to your post here and insert it in the image option window. Your image will then appear in your post.

    Thank you. Seems like a lot of fuss when if the person here, who requested to see the pics would just let me email them. Thanks again.
