    Hi..

You need to specify the model number of your computer.

    Was the Bluetooth working earlier?

Name of the operating system installed in your computer?

If the bluetooth was working earlier, specify the error message you are receiving now.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

The model Aspire 5740DG, it was working fine. The issue is I'm unable to activate it via the tab-button.

    Thanks

    Hi..

You need to press Fn + F3 key to enable or disable the Bluetooth functio in your computer.

If the issue persists you need to reinstall the bluetooth drivers

Here is the weblink to install the Bluetooth drivers :

I am having a similar problem.  My one-week new Aspire S3-391-6862 (running Win8) crushed two days ago.  Acer Service chatted me through a reset.  Computer is working now but Bluetooth isn't and download time is considerable slower than before.

Acer Device Fast-Lane indicates that Bluetooth is on.  Installed driver from Atheros site (Bluetooth hardware vendor according to Acer Support Driver and Manual page), Bluetooth still doesn't work.
