Problems with the Nitro 5 laptop

Hello,
I bought my Acer Nitro 5 Nitro AN515-54 laptop 2 month ago from an Altex store in Galati, Romania.
I noticed since I bought him that he has bad moments and it does not want to do anything else. Like it crashes on windows and so on. If I wait for him, with the tens of minutes, when he recovers when I stop him from the button.

I should point out that I have the original Windows 10 Pro with up-to-date updates and including the updated bios on the acer.com website after my laptop model.
The point is that I have everything updated, including drivers.
So sometimes it has moments when it suddenly starts and stays that way. Otherwise he is doing well. I can't understand why this crash occurs. Because sometimes it crashes and when I just open the laptop but also when I say that I have 3 to 4 programs. So it doesn't crash to say when it's overloaded. It crashes when he grabs him for whatever moment.
I would like to point out that I also have a licensed Antivirus Avast, as well as updated.
The 2 pictures from the task manager are taken at the same time, the process was not loaded and shows 100% processor but the reality is the performance table.
I repeat, it does so when I just open it, and after 4 hours of walking and after another 2 hours ... But at least 1 time a day it does so and it is very annoying.
How could I solve this situation?

I reset the laptop completely. I reinstalled the windows and it is the same. Could there be any hardware issues? I can't figure out why he's doing this.

Which version of nvidia software are you running? Check in software or nvidia control panel then tellwindows 10/11 optimization guide for gaming

In that tab was the laptop crash.The performance tab is real. There is nothing in 100%.

What is the exact model mate? Should be like AN515-54-XXXX. When you say open and close do you mean open and close the lid or power off an power on?
