On April 16 my laptop was charging fine and the day after April 17. It showed me that it's charging but the percentage is stuck at 9% it was 100% on April 16 and 9% on April 17 so I tried to charge it and it did that thing. I have tried updating and cleaning my pc but nothing had changed. Because of the hard times we are going through right now, there wouldn't be someone available to fix my laptop. So I really need help :/ I have a Predator PH317-52-738E, I7-8750H, GTX 1060 6gb, 256 ssd + 2000 gb hdd, 16 gb ddr4 2666mhz ram, 144 hz 1920x1080 screen

    Good afternoon Gruye !

Have you completed the complete battery reset procedure?

@gruyeYou could try reinstalling Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control method battery driver, go to Device manager, expand Batteries, right click Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control method battery, select Properties and go to Driver tab, uninstall the driver, reboot and let Windows install the driver.

Access the device manager and uninstall the battery CIA controller.
Then perform the battery reset and procedure and do a test.

So basically I did the reset thing, and I opened my laptop it was 8% and went to 9% but it's stuck there now.
