Blue screen

My laptop no longer boots up. When I switch on the laptop, I get a blue screen with the message critical process died. I have tried all possible options plus the advanced options, but nothing works. The only one I can get to the command prompt, but wouldn't know what to type there to get into the laptop. Booting via USB doesn't work either, Windows wanted to reboot it, but it doesn't work either. When the laptop still did, (3/23/2020) newly purchased, after installing 2 programs, the search field at the bottom of the taskbar no longer worked just like the icons. I then uninstalled that program and made a restore. I entered something in the command prompt after or before, which could also help get the search field working again. I don't remember what I entered there, but I turned off the laptop properly. And want to switch it back on 2 days later, but now I am stuck with that blue screen that I can't get any further. Is there someone who could help me further ??????

I think I just hadn't filled it in correctly and I filled it in again at the command prompt and then he displayed the following. Windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation
