This laptop is great though I have problems. I don't understand the keyboard shortcuts and I'm not sure what I have done to cause this problem but I remember pressing something quickly on my keyboard then leaving the room, then when I came back I could not hear videos or the ads on them. I could hear the systems notifications when trying to solve my problem but I could not find anything on it as I tried doing the audio troubleshoot.
I couldn't find anything about a keyboard shortcut that muted the audio and im not sure if it exists but I surely did something to the laptop and im not sure how to fix it. I adjusted my audio level higher and it did not change anything.

    Hi @usercatt

    1. Go to "Control Panel".
    2. Click on "Sound".
    3. Make sure you are on the "Playback" tab.
    4. Click on the device you are trying to fix.
    5. Now click the "Configure" button and follow the prompts. (Be sure you also click the "Test" button.)
    6. Once that is complete, click the "Properties" button.
    7. When you are done with your changes, in "Properties", click "Apply" and then "OK".
    8. Then click "OK", again, on the main "Sound window".

Recently purchased an Acer Aspire3 A315 the sound quality is really terrible doesn't matter is I'm using my blue tooth speaker or the computer speakers the audio quality is really staticky and cuts in and out all the time.  It's really annoying when you're trying to complete online classes.
